The national non-ferrous metal quality and standard conference and the 2015 annual meeting of the national non-ferrous metal Standardization Technical Committee were held in Beijing Conference Center from November 11 to 14, 2015, and nearly 600 representatives from more than 300 enterprises in the national nonferrous metal industry attended.

The first section of the conference was presided over by fan Shunke, deputy secretary of the Party committee of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association and chairman of the national nonferrous metals Standards Committee. Chen quanxun, counsellor of the State Council and President of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, Yin Minghan, deputy director of the National Standardization Administration Committee and member of the Party group, and Wang Haidong, deputy director of the quality management department of the General Administration of quality supervision, inspection and Quarantine of the people's Republic of China, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. The second section of the conference was presided over by Zhang long, deputy director of science and Technology Department of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, and Zhu Yuhua, Secretary General of the national nonferrous metals Standards Committee, made the work report of the national nonferrous metals Standards Committee in 2015. The report concludes that one belt, one road, is the main task of the national colored bid committee. It is committed to the new idea of "taking the enterprise as the main body and the market as the guide", adapting to the new normal, leading the new normal, and actively serving the "one belt and one road" national strategy. The focus is on accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the industry, resolving the surplus of production capacity and promoting scientific and technological innovation. The project has made remarkable achievements and made important contributions to the sustainable and healthy development of nonferrous metals industry. At the same time, the report also informed the conference of the work focus and ideas of the next year's non-ferrous metal standardization work, mainly including: adapt to the new situation of standardization reform, create a new mode of non-ferrous metal standardization work; give full play to the advantages to strive for a new level of non-ferrous metal standardization international work; emphasize the whole process management of standard formulation and revision, improve the standardization infrastructure, and continue to improve the standard quality; and The 13th five year plan for standardization development of nonferrous metals industry was formulated and completed.

After the meeting, the plenary meeting of the sub committee on standardization was held, the work summary of the sub committee on standardization was held, the standard projects approved and completed by each sub committee in 2015 were finally reviewed, the work report of the secretariat was discussed, and the national standard, industry standard and association standard plan project and the drafting unit for 2016-2017 were demonstrated and determined, and a number of drafting tasks of standards were implemented A number of standard projects were examined, reviewed and discussed in groups. At the plenary meeting of the non ferrous heavy metal sub standard committee, our company submitted the national standard approval data of "copper alloy rod for hot die forging", and defended its project approval demonstration. Our company will also actively participate in the preparation and revision of three national standards, namely, copper and copper alloy wire rod, copper and copper alloy drawing rod and wear-resistant brass rod.
