Since the State Council promulgated the national intellectual property strategy outline in 2008, the intellectual property protection environment has been gradually improved, and the public's awareness of intellectual property protection has been significantly improved. Intellectual property has become the core element of market competitiveness. Therefore, it is urgent to establish a sound intellectual property management system and improve the creative ability and application level of the company's intellectual property. On September 10, 2018, our company held a kick-off meeting for the implementation of enterprise intellectual property standards. Mr. Li and Mr. pang of Beijing Luhao intellectual property were invited to give us guidance. The company's general manager and department heads also attended the kick-off meeting.

In order to effectively carry out the implementation of intellectual property standards, the company has established an intellectual property management system promotion group headed by the general manager, and appointed Li Hailong as the representative of intellectual property management. The general manager made a mobilization speech at the kick-off meeting, hoping that all departments should fully realize the importance of intellectual property management norms, and conscientiously implement and cooperate with the implementation of the standards from their respective work angles. All staff are required to participate, because the standard implementation is a standardized certification in the aspect of intellectual property management, which is an important work of the whole company. It is emphasized that the working group should solidly promote the implementation of intellectual property standards, strengthen the supervision and inspection of the work, consolidate the management foundation in the process of standard implementation, improve the comprehensive management ability of intellectual property, and achieve the expected results.
