1、 Project Name: research and application of key technologies for green and quality guaranteed recycling of waste copper resources
2、 Project introduction
The project belongs to the field of recycling of renewable metal resources. It was approved by Ningbo Science and Technology Bureau in September 2013, with the plan number of 2013b10005. The project is undertaken by Ningbo Changzhen Copper Industry Co., Ltd. and jointly completed by Suzhou non ferrous Metal Research Institute Co., Ltd. the research period is from January 2013 to December 2014. Taking scrap copper as raw material, the project systematically studied the technologies of refined pretreatment, special refining agent and smelting process of scrap copper, developed advanced technologies such as iron removal refining agent and iron removal refining process, duplex parallel smelting furnace, automatic mechanical ramming and mixing, etc., established a production line for recycling of recycled copper, and formed a large-scale production capacity of recycled copper products. The products meet the requirements of Zhejiang Metallurgical Research Institute and social inspection station. The project has obtained 22 patents, including 7 invention patents, and participated in the formulation of 4 national and industrial standards.
3、 Third party evaluation
1. Acceptance certificate of Ningbo Science and technology plan project (ykyz [2015] no.00-65)
On September 18, 2015, Ningbo Science and Technology Bureau organized an expert group to conduct a meeting acceptance of the project (No.: 2013b10005) undertaken by Ningbo Changzhen Copper Industry Co., Ltd. The expert group listened to the project implementation summary report, reviewed the relevant information, and after inquiry and discussion, formed the acceptance opinions as follows:
(1) The acceptance data submitted are complete, standard and meet the acceptance requirements.
(2) Taking scrap copper as raw material, the project systematically studied the technologies of refined pretreatment, special refining agent and melting casting process of scrap copper, developed advanced technologies such as iron removal refining agent and iron removal refining process, duplex parallel smelting furnace, automatic mechanical ramming and mixing, etc., and established the recycling utilization production line of recycled copper, and formed the scale production capacity of recycled copper products Innovation in technology and equipment.
(3) The product has been tested by Zhejiang metallurgical product quality inspection station Co., Ltd. and Ningbo product quality supervision and Inspection Research Institute. The technical indicators tested meet the requirements of the project contract. After being used by users, the products are well reflected and have obvious economic and social benefits.
(4) During the implementation of the project, he participated in drafting 2 national standards, authorized 18 patents, including 6 invention patents and 3 academic papers.
(5) The total cost of the project is 10.0483 million yuan, of which 8.8483 million yuan is self raised, and the use of funds is basically reasonable. During the implementation of the project, the new sales revenue of 420.3148 million yuan was achieved, meeting the requirements of the project contract.
The acceptance team agreed that the project had completed the task requirements specified in the contract and agreed to pass the acceptance.
2. Test report

Novelty search conclusion: after analysis and comparison, the key technologies of green, quality-effective and renewable manufacturing of scrap copper resources developed by the entrusted project are: (1) covering agent, iron removing refining agent and tin removing refining agent for scrap copper melting and casting have been developed; (2) different external force interference technologies are adopted in smelting furnace and heat preservation casting furnace equipment to ensure the uniform distribution of columnar crystal and equiaxed crystal in billet structure; (3) An automatic production line for copper bar turning and calendering was developed. The traditional peeling, stretching and straightening processes were replaced by turning and calendering production and processing methods, so as to realize the deep processing of copper bar cost at one time. The above characteristics were not mentioned in the above documents except some patents applied by the client.

5、 Promotion and application and social benefits
The technical innovation and main tasks in the 13th five year plan (Draft) of renewable non-ferrous metal industry have been mentioned: give priority to the development of fine separation, pretreatment and grade protection utilization technology of non-ferrous metal waste; focus on the development of value preservation and utilization of scrap copper, and produce high-value electronic materials, electrical materials, fine products, high-precision castings and green copper alloy products with scrap copper as raw materials Etc. The project directly uses scrap copper to produce high-precision copper alloy processing materials with strong market demand and good development potential, which conforms to the national industrial policy, promotes the development of recycled copper industry, and has a good market prospect.
In this project, waste copper is directly used to produce high-precision environment-friendly and free cutting brass. The limited renewable resources are used efficiently and with good quality, which not only solves the problems of insufficient resource supply and comprehensive utilization of "urban mineral resources", but also provides the society with high-precision environmental protection copper alloy materials, solves the problems of high energy consumption and high pollution, and avoids the oxidation loss of zinc and other valuable metals The waste copper recycling has a good social effect of energy saving and emission reduction, boosting the energy-saving work of China's non-ferrous industry. The project directly uses scrap copper to produce high-quality, high-value-added, high-precision and easy to process copper materials for downstream industries, providing high-quality copper alloy basic materials for automobile accessories, fire-fighting equipment, valve core, communication equipment, refrigeration accessories, electrical appliances, electronics, plumbing, hardware accessories and other industries.
