The audit team believes that the company's system is sound, the operation process is under control, the quality management system is stable, and the operation of environment, occupational health and safety management system meets the standards. At the final meeting, Shen Shouwen, the management representative, made a summary. He pointed out that since this year, the company has highlighted the main line of work to meet the needs of relevant parties, focused on improving the ability and awareness of meeting customer needs, focusing on promoting transformation and upgrading, quality and efficiency improvement. In terms of system operation, the company focuses on the implementation of "long vibration management mode". On the one hand, it actively improves various system documents, and conducts monthly audit and supervision on the operation of procedure system, and puts forward requirements for improvement and implementation, so that the suitability, sufficiency and effectiveness of system operation are effectively strengthened. After audit, the three standards integrated management system of the company operates normally and effectively, and can continuously meet the requirements of the standard. However, there are still many problems that need to be improved in the next step, such as the systematicness of the company's procedure system is not enough, the cohesion between documents is not strong, and the timeliness of improvement is insufficient. At the same time, the management representative requires the rectification departments to analyze the causes carefully, take corrective and preventive measures in time according to the provisions of the "three standards in one" management system document, and in view of the problems existing in the system operation, it is required to improve the next year's internal audit plan and strengthen the supervision of the system operation. At present, the company is analyzing the causes and implementing improvement measures against the problems in operation control and corrective and preventive measures proposed by audit experts, so as to ensure the continuous improvement of the "three standards and one system" management system, so as to accelerate the pace of enterprise transformation and promote the real implementation of long vibration management mode.
