Our company held the 2015 competition of all staff skills
On July 21, our company held the launching ceremony and mobilization meeting of 2015 all staff skills competition in the auditorium.
The purpose of this meeting is to clarify the key work contents to be carried out in the second half of the year, so that all cadres and workers can clearly understand the current situation, attach importance to it in concept, actively participate in it as a master, and put it into action. Although we have been carrying out skill competitions in recent years, the results are not obvious. Most of them are carried out in the form of sports to complete the tasks. Activities are for the sake of activities. This year, we should pay attention to the results, change the status quo in the past, and carry out it every year as a normal. Skills competition has become the need of international and domestic economic development and the urgent need of enterprise's own strategic development, but also the demand of self-development based on the post. Without excellent job skills, you will not be able to adapt to the changes of new things and survive in the competitive environment of rapid development and change in the future.
Looking at the future development of our enterprise from the international and domestic economic development trend, if the enterprise wants to survive and develop, it must constantly adapt to the global competitive environment through innovation. To innovate, it must rely on the employees' own skills, which is the most basic element guarantee. The company has made clear the strategic plan for the next five years. To be implemented, it must rely on the skills of each employee. No matter it is the management position, functional position, production front-line position, etc., without solid work skills, not only can't improve their own performance, but also the company's strategic mission goals can't be achieved. At the same time, through the participation of all the staff and the appearance of the whole staff, the post skills can also be displayed, which can be used as the basis for talent selection and scientific income distribution. At the same time, more practical training needs can also be refined through skill competition. In the past, we carried out training, and the system was poor because we didn't know what was missing and how to make up for it. Through this activity, the training will be more targeted and systematic.
Without excellent job skills, we can't adapt to the changes of new things and survive in the competitive environment of rapid development and transformation in the future.
